Employment law is an evolving landscape of obligations on employers. Litigation of discrimination, harassment, retaliation: represent public and private sector clients before administrative agencies including the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Illinois Department of Human Rights, Illinois Human Rights Commission, and Cook County Commission on Human Rights. We handle charges of discrimination involving age, race, sex, disability, national origin, harassment, retaliation and other civil claims before these administrative agencies and in Illinois federal and state courts.

Workplace investigations and counseling: investigate allegations of discrimination, harassment, retaliation and other alleged violations of employment laws or employer policies.

Alternative dispute resolution: represent public and private sector clients in mediation and settlement conferences in Illinois federal and state courts and before administrative agencies that enforce employment laws and ordinances.

Policy and compliance review; risk assessment and prevention: draft employment handbooks, personnel codes, manuals and related policies for private and public sector clients.

Management and employee training: provide non-discrimination, anti-harassment, and anti-retaliation training to senior management, human resources professionals, employees and supervisors. We also provide workshops, individual training, and counseling on a variety of employment law developments, case management strategies, and related issues.
