Karen A. Haarsgaard

Overview

As a long-time practitioner in the areas of workers’ compensation and civil litigation, Karen Haarsgaard (she/her) has extensive litigation experience having tried various cases through the Appellate Court. She is particularly adept at identifying and understanding complex medical cases, allowing her to obtain successful client outcomes.

Karen enjoys working with clients to identify and execute priorities for their particular business and clarifying the particular idiosyncrasies of Illinois Law to ensure clients remain well-informed.

In her free time, Karen enjoys traveling, volunteering at a local food pantry, peddling on the lakefront, theater, dance, and live music. She is also an avid soccer and baseball fan.
