Kristin E. Lechowicz
Kristin attended Baylor Law School where she volunteered at a legal clinic for Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA). In this capacity, Kristin was able to assist DACA recipients to apply for the federal program.
Prior to joining the firm, Kristin worked as an attorney at two insurance defense firms in Chicago. Kristin has represented employers and insurance carriers in all aspects of workers’ compensation defense claims. Additionally, she has represented federal workers in their workers’ compensation claims. Kristin’s experience in representing both parties provides her with a unique perspective and allows her to better assist in planning strategies and defending claims on behalf of employers and insurance carriers.
