Sean P. Imburgia
Mr. Imburgia joined NBK&L in 2018 as a law clerk and now serves as an Associate Attorney. He graduated with honors from the Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2020. In law school, he received a CALI award for the highest grade in an upper-level legal writing course. Mr. Imburgia also competed in the 2019 International Baseball Arbitration Competition at Tulane Law School in New Orleans.
Mr. Imburgia completed internships at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Illinois, the Office of the Illinois Attorney General, and the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation. In these positions, he conducted legal research and analysis, prepared pleadings and court briefs, and represented the State in court and administrative hearings pursuant to his Rule 711 license.
