Nyhan Welcomes Fatimah Arshad and Nicole Eatmon
Nyhan is proud to expand our workers’ compensation practice with the addition of Associates Fatimah Arshad and Nicole Eatmon.
“We are excited to welcome new Associates Fatimah and Nicole,” said Amy Bilton, Vice President at Nyhan. “Each of them brings unique strengths, fresh perspectives, and we are confident that they will make a meaningful impact for both our clients and our firm.”
Fatimah draws on a strong foundation in health law, regulatory compliance, and employment law, reviewing healthcare case law, assessing state Medicaid plans, conducting legal epidemiology research, and supporting individuals navigating insurance and employment law following health diagnoses. She utilizes her experiences to deliver thoughtful, client-centered strategies that account for the medical, legal, and workplace dynamics of each matter.
Fatimah earned her J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and her B.A. from the University of Rochester. She is fluent in Urdu and Hindi.
Nicole brings deep employment law insights, including valuable experience defending employers before federal, state, and local agencies. She has appeared before the EEOC, IDHR, CCHR, and USDOL handling claims involving discrimination, retaliation, and unfair labor practices, and has provided counsel on risk management strategies, employment agreements and workplace policies, and regulatory compliance.
Nicole received her J.D. from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and her B.A. from Agnes Scott College, graduating magna cum laude. While in law school, she clerked for Nyhan.
Nyhan strives to recruit talented, forward-thinking individuals to join our growing team and contribute to the firm’s continued success. We highly value innovative people with a strategic eye toward problem-solving and a desire to continually exceed client expectations related to Workers’ Compensation, Employment, and Medicare Secondary Payer Compliance, as well as Civil Litigation and Employee Workers’ Compensation Fraud matters.
