Overview


Dominic “Dom” Zumpano (he/him) concentrates his practice in Workers’ Compensation with expansive experience in all aspects of alternative dispute resolution, arbitration, and trial procedures. Dom utilizes his experience to help employers navigate unique and complex legal issues to return a beneficial resolution.

Before joining the firm, Dom served as an intern at the firm from 2023 – 2024, where he gained practical experience maneuvering expansive arbitration matters. While in law school, Dominic served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Eve Reilly within the General Chancery of the Circuit Court of Cook County, undertaking multi-faceted contractual disputes, limited liability and partnership legal issues, and class action lawsuits. Outside of transactional experience, Dom also has broad litigation experience from his time with the Cook and Dekalb County State Attorney’s Offices as a law clerk working directly in aiding the prosecution of approximately 30 domestic violence and sexual assault cases.

Prior to pursuing a career in the legal profession, Dom facilitated the professional partnership between the Country Music Association Awards and Safe Tracks, an organization he co-founded aimed to serving Nashville’s corporations in the entertainment industry by providing training to promote compliance with state and federal laws involving the prevention of sexual assault and harassment.

Dom is proficient in Spanish. In his free time, he enjoys composing music and writing poetry.
