2024 Summer Interns Gain Hands-On Experience While Contributing Fresh Perspectives to Nyhan

Nyhan is pleased to recognize the accomplishments of our 2024 summer interns.

This year we are joined by Anna Christensen and Taylor Walters from the Chicago-Kent College of Law at Illinois Institute of Technology, Camilla Russo from Indiana University Maurer School of Law, and Tyler Steele from University of Illinois Chicago School of Law, who are all helping to ensure that our clients receive the best possible service.

Our structured training program pairs each intern with two mentoring attorneys, giving them the knowledge they need to succeed and insight into the firm’s processes. All to further help prepare them for their legal careers, the group gained valuable experience in:

• Preparing direct and cross examination questions, proposed decisions, and medical chronologies
• Completing research assignments
• Attending pretrial hearings, oral arguments, and Cook County Board Meetings
• Participating in Nyhan’s mock trial
