Through the firm’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee, which meets regularly to track progress on current efforts, we initiate programs to encourage open dialogue around equality issues and create an accepting and informed environment.

Our mission is to help foster cultural, racial, and sexual equality in the interest of creating and sustaining an even more diverse, inclusive, and exceptional workplace and law firm.

Our Committee comprises staff, attorneys, and management representing different backgrounds and all levels of employment at the firm.

We strive to:

  • strengthen our firm by initiating and engaging in honest dialogue about diversity and inclusion in a safe, respectful, and open-minded environment.
  • build alliances and understanding among the different communities within our firm and the greater world through speech, service, and supportive action.
  • create an even better law firm and workplace community by identifying opportunities for strategic reform and making recommendations relative to cultural awareness, inclusion, and fair practices.
