Amy Bilton Reappointed to IWCC Medical Fee Advisory Board for 2025 – 2029 Term

Amy Bilton has been reappointed to continue serving as a Member of the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission (IWCC) Medical Fee Advisory Board as an employer representative. Her new term started December 5, 2025 and will last until December 4, 2029.

Amy has served on the board since March 2018, bringing her skills as a nationally recognized workers’ compensation defense and Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) attorney. The Medical Fee Advisory Board advises the IWCC on establishing medical service fee schedules and ensuring access to treatment. The board consists of nine members appointed by the Governor including three representing employees, three representing employers, and three representing medical providers.

Amy currently serves as Vice President at Nyhan and provides full-service counsel covering workers’ compensation defense, MSP, and all aspects of MSP compliance. She is also a Fellow of the College of Workers’ Compensation Lawyers, Chairperson of the International Commission on Healthcare Certification’s Medicare Set-Aside Consultant Certification, and instructor for the Certified Medicare Secondary Payer Professional and Fellow classes.
