Congratulations to Amy Bilton
Please join Nyhan Bambrick Kinzie & Lowry in congratulating Amy Bilton on her election as the President of the National Alliance of Medicare Set-Aside Professionals (NAMSAP). NAMSAP is the only non-profit professional organization addressing the issues and challenges of the Medicare Secondary Payer Statute and its impact on workers’ compensation and liability settlements. The Executive Board is rounded out by Vice-President Greg Gitter (Legacy Claims Solutions), Treasurer Dan Anders (Tower MSA) and Secretary Ciara Koba (Gordon & Rees). Amy looks to bring further focus on: appropriate use of evidence-based medicine in Medicare Set-Asides; keeping an open dialogue with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) regarding policies they are developing for liability Medicare Set-Asides; and offering more services to NAMSAP’s membership.
