Nyhan President Bill Lowry, Shareholder Christine Jagodzinski, and Partners Adam Cox and Lisa Azoory-Keller will share insights on workers’ compensation at the 48th Annual Meeting & Workers’ Compensation and Safety Conference, hosted by the Illinois Self Insurers’ Association (ISIA) and the Illinois Chamber of Commerce. Adam and Lisa also lead the ISIA as its Executive Director and Executive Secretary, respectively. The program will take place at NIU Center Naperville on Tuesday, October 13, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

  • Adam will open the conference with welcoming remarks and introductions, joined by ISIA President Gina Breen and Lori Poppe Hiltabrand, COO and General Counsel of the Illinois Chamber of Commerce.
  • Bill will lead the morning panel, “What Keeps You Up at Night,” where Christine will join Ashley Bayless of Gallagher Asphalt, Jeff Cravalho of Caterpillar, Lori Poppe Hiltabrand, and Rep. Dan Ugaste in discussing the latest sweeping workers’ compensation reform laws.
  • In the afternoon, Adam and Lisa will present “A Potpourri of Appellate Cases,” which will review key Appellate Court decisions from the past year and explain how those can impact the handling of your Illinois workers’ compensation claims.
