Lowry was recently honored by CARPLS with the 2021 Golden Gavel Award for his dedication to ensuring access to justice for all. NBKL is proud of Bill’s commitment to those less fortunate through his role as Cook County Commissioner of the 3rd District and his leadership in important organizations such as CARPLS. His dedication is an inspiration to all of us.
