Joseph Gregorio Elected to The National Medicare Secondary Payer Network’s 2024 Board of Directors
Nyhan Partner Joseph Gregorio has recently been elected to The National Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) Network 2024 Board of Directors.
Joe joins only two other individuals elected to the board this year and will begin his three-year term in January 2024. His responsibilities will include goal planning as well as determining the direction, long-term performance, conservation, and expansion of Network assets, and the processes used to identify, discuss, and decide matters of strategic or symbolic significance.

Joe concentrates his practice on Medicare Secondary Payer and Workers’ Compensation issues. He is a Certified Medical Secondary Payer Professional (CMSP) who has extensive experience advising clients on various MSP matters, including resolving medical bill disputes and reducing medical bills under the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Medical Fee Schedule.
The National MSP Network is the only non-profit association exclusively addressing the issues and challenges of the Medicare Secondary Payer Statute and its impact on workers compensation and liability settlements.
