NBKL Team Gets Huge MSA Reduction on Amended Review

In an Amended Review submission, CMS considered NBKL’s argument that a Claimant’s current treatment regimen changed, and that some of the pending treatment recommendations should be excluded. CMS agreed, resulting in a total savings to our client of $274,757.00.
