Nyhan Welcomes New Partners: John Harp, III and Daniel Swanson Join the Firm
Nyhan is proud to announce the addition of partners John Harp, III and Daniel Swanson to the firm.

John specializes in workers’ compensation, bringing over twenty years of combined experience. He has handled claims as a litigator for both petitioners and respondents and has worked as a multi-jurisdictional claims adjuster.
He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and Kane County Bar Association, where he has served as chairman and co-chair of the Workers’ Compensation Committee and New Lawyers Committee respectively.
John Harp, III earned his J.D. from the John Marshall Law School and received his B.A. from DePaul University.
Daniel Swanson focuses his practice on workers’ compensation law and trial advocacy, drawing from over three decades of experience in the field. He is an active member of the Workers’ Compensation Lawyers Association and the Evans Scholar Alumni Par Club.
Daniel earned his J.D. from Northern Illinois University and his B.A. from Northwestern University.
