Overview


Bianca Han (she/her) focuses her practice on workers’ compensation, employing strong analytical skills to conduct thorough legal research and support trial preparation. With a keen attention to detail, she effectively addresses complex legal challenges.

Prior to her role as an associate, Bianca served as an intern at the firm from 2022 – 2024, where she gained practical experience drafting memos, preparing case briefs, and attending pretrial hearings and oral arguments to enhance her understanding of the legal process.

While in law school, Bianca was a part of the Family Advocacy Clinic and served as a guardian ad litem, representing children and parents in the juvenile abuse and neglect system in juvenile court. Additionally, Bianca contributed to sustainable practices by analyzing environmental policies for the University of Illinois 2020 Climate Action Plan Committee to develop a biodiversity master plan and providing recommendations for the Urbana Park District through the Sustainability Research Project.

She is fluent in Romanian and conversational in Spanish. In her free time, she enjoys hiking and cooking.
