Evan Klug

Overview

As a partner with Nyhan Bambrick Kinzie & Lowry, Evan Klug (he/him) concentrates his practice in workers’ compensation and civil litigation. He has extensive trial experience before the Illinois state courts and has conducted hundreds of hearings before state and federal administrative agencies. Evan counsels clients including individuals, small businesses, public entities, insurance companies, and corporations on matters ranging from tort and subrogation to disability and workers’ compensation. He works directly with each client, drawing from his vast experience, to craft customized and outcome-driven legal solutions.

Evan believes the best approach to the practice of law involves collaborating with our clients first to define success and then to implement a straightforward plan for achieving it. Evan provides clients an intensive analytical focus on the details of each case and legal procedural acumen with over a decade of experience in parsing medical-legal issues as well as the ability to work collaboratively for creative litigation solutions.

In his free time, Evan is most often found with his wife and son cooking, hiking, and enjoying the outdoors.
