Overview
Murray Pinkston, III, (he/him) concentrates his practice at the unique intersection of workers’ compensation law and civil tort litigation, as well as construction contract and risk transfer agreements, and insurance coverage analysis. He brings insight and litigation experience to all of these disciplines, which is especially critical when aspects of some or all overlap in a single dispute.
Admitted in Illinois, Louisiana, and Mississippi, Murray brings over three decades of trial experience to his work on Employers’ Liability, or Section 1(b), claims typically involved in multi-party construction litigation. His fluency in both the civil and workers’ compensation systems equips him to develop global settlement strategies that account for the full scope of a client’s injury and contractual exposures across overlapping claims.
