Cody D. Hartman

Overview

Cody (he/him) concentrates his practice in the areas of workers’ compensation and workers’ compensation fraud. In addition, Cody has experience working with clients on issues involving insurance non-compliance.

Raised among a family of tradesmen, Cody initially worked in concrete construction, welding, and residential remodeling, which allows him a unique perspective and set of abilities to resolve the cases he works on. Ultimately changing paths, his clients now call on him to resolve complex workers’ compensation claims.

Cody is a frequent lecturer for Illinois Self-Insurers’ Association and client seminars.

In his free time, Cody enjoys being with his family and renovating his 1882 Victorian home.
