Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission Arbitrator Reappointments

On August 19, 2022, Governor Pritzker reappointed all 10 Arbitrators whose terms were expiring: Dennis O’Brien, Edward Lee, Elaine Llerena, Frank Soto, Jacqueline Hickey Haralelli, Michael Glaub, Roma Dalal, William Gallagher, William McLaughlin and Kurt Carlson. These Arbitrators began their service as early as 1997 and as recently as 2021 and bring a variety of backgrounds to the Commission. These three-year terms will expire in 2025.
