Nyhan Welcomes Partners Michael Doerries and Megan Inskeep

Nyhan is proud to announce the addition of Partners Michael Doerries and Megan Inskeep to the firm’s workers’ compensation group.

Michael has nearly 40 years of experience defending clients of various sizes across a multitude of industries, representing hospitals, municipalities, staffing agencies, and manufacturers. His extensive courtroom experience makes him a trusted advisor for his clients. He is rated AV Preeminent® by Martindale-Hubbell, a distinction awarded to attorneys ranked at the highest level of professional excellence by their peers.

Michael received his J.D. from the Chicago-Kent College of Law and his B.Sc. from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

Megan has experience in all aspects of pre-trial preparation and motion practice, having represented hundreds of claims for Cook County. Before shifting her focus to workers’ compensation claims, Megan represented doctors and nurses in medical malpractice cases, providing her with a well-rounded view of her clients’ claims. Her goal has always been to ardently represent her clients while still approaching the injured party with compassion.

Megan earned her J.D. from DePaul University College of Law and B.A.s in both Psychology and Sociology of Law from Purdue University.
