Nyhan Welcomes Robert Delaney Back to the Firm as Of Counsel
Nyhan is pleased to welcome Robert Delaney back from retirement and into the firm’s workers’ compensation group as Of Counsel.
Bob initially joined the firm in 2012 and is a seasoned attorney with decades of experience assisting both public and private employers in workers’ compensation law. He has a history of managing and resolving complex matters, including cases involving accident disputes and fraudulent behavior.
Prior to joining Nyhan, Bob served as Deputy Bureau Chief at the Illinois Attorney General’s office, where he assisted with training and developing attorneys, trying cases involving public agencies and employers, and participating in hearings for insurance non-compliance issues.
Bob earned his J.D. from the Chicago Kent College of Law in 1994, as well as his B.A. in Journalism and Political Science from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale in 1983.
