Miles Cahill (he/him) concentrates his practice in employers liability, workers’ compensation, and subrogation, bringing over 40 years of litigation experience throughout Illinois’ trial and appellate court systems, including the state’s Supreme Court. Representing clients across Illinois and Indiana, Miles possesses a thorough understanding of the jurisdictional nuances in every matter, from case evaluation through resolution.

Prior to joining Nyhan, Miles served as Managing Partner at a boutique law firm, where he counseled employers and insurance carriers across all aspects of personal injury and workers’ compensation matters, advising clients on mitigating litigation risk, developing effective case strategies, and pursuing alternative dispute resolution.
