William Delaney (he/him) handles Medicare Secondary Payer matters including Medicare Set Aside proposals, conditional payment appeals, and drafting settlement contract terms for clients across the country. Additionally, Bill continues to defend workers’ compensation cases throughout Illinois. Leveraging his extensive and diverse experience, Bill provides outstanding results for self-insured companies and insurance carriers.
Clients turn to Bill knowing he is not only a highly effective and responsive advocate but also a skilled troubleshooter who develops creative solutions to their most pressing issues. Bill provides targeted and personalized services that achieve results and works to build and maintain the firm’s strong client relationships.
Prior to joining Nyhan in 2013, Bill spent 19 years as a staff attorney for Hartford defending bodily injury and workers’ compensation claims.
