Amy E. Bilton, William A. Delaney and Jennifer C. McClain to Instruct Spring 2023 CMSP, Fellow and Allocator Boot Camp Classes

2.16.2023 Firm News

Shareholder Amy E. Bilton and partner William A. Delaney will instruct the Certified Medicare Secondary Payer (CMSP) and Certified Medicare Secondary Payer – Fellow (CMSP-F) courses through the Louisiana Association of Self-Insured Employers (LASIE) in New Orleans from February 27 – March 1.

Bill will instruct in the CMSP course, Amy will lead the CMSP-Fellow course and Jennifer will lead the Allocator Boot Camp course

The CMSP certification is a three-part designation – a workshop, exam and practicum – and designates professionals in the workers’ compensation and liability insurance industries who hold substantial knowledge of Medicare Secondary Payer Act compliance. The CMSP-Fellow course is a more advanced course, focusing on specific details of each aspect of Medicare Secondary Payer compliance. The Allocator Boot Camp program is a new program to LASIE, teaching details of Medicare Set-Aside (MSA) allocation.
