Thomas Mallers Retirement

Nyhan, Bambrick, Kinzie and Lowry, P.C. announces the retirement of Thomas J. Mallers effective July 30, 2021. Tom began with the firm on January 24, 1994 and quickly distinguished himself with his ability to aggressively represent his clients while maintaining uncommon civility, courtesy and grace. Tom was elected a shareholder in 1999, filled that role with unwavering integrity, and built the firm’s practice throughout central and southern Illinois. Tom was a mentor and a friend to all.

Tom has agreed to continue with the firm in a part-time, of-counsel capacity.
